Why Rob Started the Podcast

After his own breakdown in 2018, Rob knew he wasn't alone — but nobody was talking about it. The construction industry had a culture of silence that was costing lives, and Rob decided to do something about it.

In 2020, he launched the MYH Podcast to give workers, managers, and industry leaders a platform to speak openly about mental health. No scripts, no spin — just honest conversations that the industry desperately needed.

Since then, the podcast has reached over 50,000 workers across the UK and beyond, sparking conversations on sites, in boardrooms, and at brew room tables.
